The staff are top-class and efficient. It boasts unbeatable, exceptionally nice location very close to the bus stop, beaches, restaurants, stores and places of interest and a pub that serves good food with indoor seating.

We had a very good stay at building 1 for our family vacation. the room was a nice size, air-conditioned, with a bedroom and comfortable beds. - Alcoholic drinks were also provided. - the fridge and microwave oven in the room were a nice touch. - the hotel is located in a central area not far from Kamaole Sands since 1991.

Folding beds in the living room only comfortable, air conditioning for sleeping room hardly effective, furnishings already somewhat outdated.

The room was nicely furnished with two bathrooms and a ceiling fan, and the on-site restaurant offered delicious local specialties.

The room was not ready at 3:00p.M. and it was not the room I ordered. Upstairs toilet had to be repaired. Water leaking on to rug from air conditioner. Only had maid service once(1) in 12 days. staff at office were courteous and helpful!

The room we were changed to was spacious and had a lounge, kitchenette area, and a CD player. the hotel is situated in a fantastic and beautiful location, near the ocean.

was good we only were there for four days....the were doing there jobs and seemed to be happy and friendly
The Bed was not comfortable at all...not good at all...should have been replaced long before we arrive...pillows not ment to sleep on>>>sheet should be rags...bathroom fans are disgusting...thats way to much noice...take your shoe off???feet look like you went for a walk in the garden..we book a part ocean view....not...got are hopes up and no view... not at all...right by the office could not be more noicer in the whole place...kitchen had no salt or pepper...no bowel for a salad or a medium or large sauce pan...plants on the deck had scale so bad made our skin crawl and the trees just off the deck and touching the deck were being sprayed with cemicals ...he was wearing a mask and suit what about us...we were eating breakfast on the deck.

It had fab food, courteous and nice staff. The location was marvellous to ocean, great for for what we needed. Plus, it was next to the bus stop and restaurants / retail areas.
